PAD KRA PAO
INGREDIENTS
- 300g minced beef
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 red chillies, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 handful spinach
- Cooked rice
- Fried egg
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.Add garlic and chillies, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.Add minced beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned.Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar.Toss in spinach and stir-fry for 30 seconds until just wilted.Serve hot over jasmine rice.Top with a fried egg if desired.
