PAD KRA PAO

 
     INGREDIENTS

  1. 300g minced beef
  2. 4 garlic cloves, minced
  3. 2 red chillies,  chopped
  4. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  5. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  6. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 1 handful spinach
  9. Cooked rice
  10. Fried egg
INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and chillies, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add minced beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned.
  • Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar.
  • Toss in spinach and stir-fry for 30 seconds until just wilted.
  • Serve hot over jasmine rice.
  • Top with a fried egg if desired.
