BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
- 100g butter
- 150g sugar
- 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 5g vanilla extract (1 tsp)
- 30g plain flour
- Pinch of salt (¼ tsp)
- 75g add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts etc)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease or line a small baking pan.In a bowl, melt the butter (or use oil), then stir in the sugar and cocoa until smooth.Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.Stir in the flour and salt until just combined.Fold in your add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.).Pour into the pan and spread evenly.Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is just set.Cool before slicing. Enjoy!
