BROWNIES    



INGREDIENTS

  1. 100g butter
  2. 150g sugar
  3. 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 5g vanilla extract (1 tsp)
  6. 30g plain flour
  7. Pinch of salt (¼ tsp)
  8. 75g add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts etc)
INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease or line a small baking pan.
  • In a bowl, melt the butter (or use oil), then stir in the sugar and cocoa until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Stir in the flour and salt until just combined.
  • Fold in your add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.).
  • Pour into the pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  • Cool before slicing. Enjoy!
